1. Where can I receive my order?
You will receive your order at the address you indicate, it can be your home, your place of work, etc., but never at a PO box. You can pick up your order in our store in Roquetas de Mar, Almería.

3. What shipping options are available and what are the shipping costs?
The available shipping options are:
Peninsula and Balearic Islands Delivery in 2 to 5 working days: FREE SHIPPING COSTS.
* RETURN COSTS TO BE CHARGED BY THE CLIENT.
Canary Islands: delivery 7 working days, 7.95 Euros.
You will be informed during the order tracking.
* In the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, the client will be responsible for all the extra expenses generated such as customs, duties, taxes, etc.
We do everything in our power to ensure that orders arrive on time. Carriers provide us with approximate delivery dates. Although rare, shipments may arrive on a different date than estimated.
